All payments made to the Company are non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
All fees for using our services are due in advance and payable at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without notice.
We may collect and use analytics data to improve our services. This data may include information about your usage patterns, device information, and other similar data.
We may use third-party data processors to facilitate our services. These processors are bound by data protection agreements and will not use your data for any purposes other than those specified by us.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. Non-authorized user data is not stored. User content are stored for up to 3 months, with the exception of published content in the public gallery, which are not deleted after three months. User photos with faces are not stored.
Users may publish content in the public gallery and have the option to delete or hide their content at any time. Published content must not contain spam, violence, advertisements, or any inappropriate material.
Users can delete all their data at any time through the Account Settings. Upon deletion, all records except for invoices will be removed immediately. Images will be deleted from our servers within one month.
Users can receive free tokens for generating content by completing tasks. Free tokens are also available to claim every 24 hours.
Our services are provided under a non-commercial license. To obtain a commercial license, please contact us.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
